This subsidy consists of an item for rent/lending, instead of a financial compensation.
You may have to pay a fee for usage.
ESSF has a set of 10 walkie talkies (porto's) that SSAs can rent for a fee of 1 euro per day with a rent contract. These communicators have range spanning most of the TU/e campus and have been tested for long distance. They are very useful for larger events or tournaments.
