The TU/e recently introduced the NPO-budget. This budget is available for activities that are organized by associations and improve student well-being. The ESSF has been allocated €10.000 in total for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. In both college years we will use €5.000 of the budget.

For 2022-2023 this means that you can submit a proposal to us for an activity to spend part of the budget on. You can submit an activity using the form you find when you click the 'More Information' link on the right. The deadline for this is the 20th of October 2022. Please keep in mind that submitting an activity does not automatically mean you will be granted the amount you request. We will get back to you with a response as soon as possible after the deadline, hopefully in the first half of February.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Joost (treasurer@essf.nl) or Martijn (externalaffairs@essf.nl).

Requirements

  • The activity needs to increase student well-being in some way. This is achieved quite easily. Organizing a fun night or party where you put extra effort into getting students/members to come that you feel might have a harder time getting into contact with others might already qualify.
  • Activities that members from multiple associations benefit from or are organized together with other associations are prioritized.
  • You can request at most €10 per expected participant.
  • The activity needs to be evaluated afterwards.
